Bluefish444 Debuts New Series of SDI Uncompressed Video Cards

South Melbourne, Australia - Bluefish444 has announced a new series of multi-channel SD SDI uncompressed video cards, supporting Windows XP, Windows 2000 Pro, Linux, and Mac operating systems. In all, five new SD SDI video cards are available: the SD Dual Link Pro, SD Ingest Pro, SD Lite Pro, Iridium AV Pro, and SD Single Link Pro. The new video cards are well suited to applications such as video servers; encoding, decoding, and streaming of MPEG and H.264; live and non-live CG; and more.
Standard features of the new series of SD SDI OEM developer video cards include dual channel SDI I/O, analog I/O, 16 channels of embedded audio on each SDI I/O, Hanc I/O, and support for various pixel formats (V210, ARGB, BGRA, RGB, ABGR, 2VUY, and YUVS) and file formats (QuickTime, Cineon, DPX, AVI, Targa, and TIFF).
These new OEM developer SD SDI video cards support the Windows Direct Show, Windows, and Linux C++ API's and Mac OS. Any existing OEM application can be re-complied using the new SDK, making it compatible with the new range of cards and reducing development time.

SD Dual Link Pro, SD Ingest Pro, SD Lite Pro, Iridium AV Pro, and SD Single Link Pro will be available worldwide in the fourth quarter of 2006 from Bluefish444.
