Autodesk To Present Innovations at IMAGINA 2008

Monaco - During IMAGINA, Autodesk will demonstrate in its booth #41 -- which will feature Media & Entertainment, Automotive industry, Architecture, and Civil Engineering company divisions -- and during its events a variety of solutions:
Among the solutions to be demonstrated are: Autodesk Maya, the company's powerful, integrated 3D modeling, animation, effects, and rendering solution; Autodesk 3ds Max, its 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software; AutoCAD Civil 3D, a comprehensive AutoCAD-based application package for the design, drafting, and management of a wide range of civil engineering project types; Autodesk Revit Building, a purpose-built architecture/building information modeling software; Autodesk AliasStudio, a complete suite of industrial design and visualization software; Autodesk Showcase, a real-time accurate and realistic visualization from 3D digital design data; Opticore Opus Realizer, a real-time and raytracing visualization software.
 
Autodesk opens the main session the first day of IMAGINA. In the afternoon during the industry conference, Xavier Melkonian, global accounts automotive executive, introduces "Autodesk Digital Prototyping for Automotive" around the digital process and design & visualization 3D tools so as to meet the automotive industry challenges. Autodesk also is sponsoring a VIP cocktail reception in the evening.
 
The second day will be highlighted by an Autodesk Special Event focusing on new high-end visualization techniques at 7:00 p.m. The Global Accounts, Automotive division will announce in Avant-première a new offering called Creative Bridge for the “virtual fleet” for car manufacturers. Additionally, the Media & Entertainment division will remit a prize during the renowned ”IMAGINA Awards” ceremony just after the Special Event.
