Our August/September artist is Ricky Linton. Born in 1984 and living in Jakarta, Indonesia, Ricky Linton lists creating 3D computer graphics as one of his favorite pastimes. As a hobbyist, Linton learned to create colorful 3D artwork largely through experimentation and tutorials. Yet, he has been studying 3D computer graphic tools, trends, and technologies since January of this year. Among his favorite software tools are 3ds max 4.2, thanks to its intuitive interface, CorelDraw 11 for artificial textures, and Paint Shop Pro for editing. Moreover, he relies on a computer system employing a Pentium 1.7GHz processor.
