William Green recently graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Art and now works as senior artist for Communities.com, where he is responsible for Web site design, illustration, and 3D scenery.
Green created this image in Lightwave 6.5 "just for fun," he says. "There is no compositing. This image is 100% 3D. The secret to the realism in this image is the slight use of fog and radiosity. There are no lights in the scene." He used a Pentium II processor with a dual 600-MHz computer.
