Ripples in the void
Chuck Ferris is a practicing psychiatrist who also creates and exhibits digital art. "I have difficulty stating my inspiration for a piece because I rarely know where I'm going until I get there," Ferris explains. "I try to not think too much while I'm working and stay open to ideas that float by. I use Photoshop to manipulate the image elements until it looks like time to stop. I'm presently slogging through the learning curve of 3D Studio Max with the goal of adding the extra dimensions of time and 3D space to my work. I work on two fast PCs that I use for different tasks."
