The Pixellexis LXGD351SC is a single PCI express card with four lanes holding 1 MPPA device with 332 processors capable of 1.2 Tera Operations per second. It is designed specifically to speed JPEG2000 encoding/decoding or compression/decompression cycles.
Forming part of the Pixellexis LEXIGRID product range, the LXGD351SC card is a fully integrated hardware and software solution supporting lossless (and lossy) compression/decompression and is available at an introductory price of $1999. (List price is $2999.)
