CULVER CITY, CA — Xsens (https://www.xsens.com), the developer of 3D motion tracking technology and products, has released MVN Studio 4.3, a follow up to June 2015’s V.4.2 release.
One highlight of the new release include ‘soft access point,’ which now makes the MVN Link system truly mobile by connecting the Body Pack directly to a laptop or tablet. The Wi-Fi configuration of the Body Pack is now available through a new Web interface. It allows users to connect to an existing Wi-Fi infrastructure to have more freedom to move around. Users can also connect to a Wi-Fi network on-set or live show to ensure a robust performance. The new MVN remote app allows users to control recordings and review the performance from an iOS or Android phone.
