LOS ANGELES — The Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation (gnomon.edu) is hosting a special LA screening of The Ningyo (written by Miguel Ortega, Gregory Collins, and Tran Ma) at the Gnomon Stage on Saturday, May 13th at 7:30pm. Miguel Ortega (director) and Tran Ma (producer) will provide an informative and eye-opening presentation, sharing insights into the VFX work that went into creating a jaw-droppingly high-end film on a remarkably low budget.
The screening will run 30 minutes and the presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. Gnomon is also opening an exclusive Art of The Ningyo Gallery Show at 8:30pm, where refreshments will be served and there will be opportunities to meet and talk with Miguel and Tran.
