E-on Software today announced the availability of its Vue 6 xStream for Macintosh OSX. Vue 6 xStream offers CG professionals a tool set to integrate Autodesk Maya, NewTek LightWave, or Maxon Cinema4D projects in realistic 3D environments. Vue 6 xStream combines environment creation utilities, rendering technologies, and animation tools. It extends the feature set of Autodesk Maya, NewTek LightWave, and Maxon Cinema4D to include support for Vue’s natural environment technologies. Vue 6 xStream is designed to integrate into virtually any professional production pipeline, from architectural visualization to game, broadcast, and film industries.
Vue 6 xStream is available as a downloadable file. Boxed versions will be available soon. Vue 6 xStream is available in English for Mac OS X 10.4, Universal Binary, as a plug-in for Maya (8+), LightWave (9.2 UB public beta), and Cinema 4D (R10+). Vue 6 xStream is also available in English for Widows XP and Vista (32 and 64 bits), as a plug-in for 3ds Max (7+), Maya (6+), XSI (5.1+), LightWave (9+) and Cinema 4D (R9.6+).
Vue 6 xStream retails for $895, with upgrades and educational discounts available.
